Command reference

Every command of the arcsecond tool, version 4.2.1, generated from the tool itself.

Command	For	What it does
arcsecond allsky	operator	List your all-sky cameras.
arcsecond alpaca	operator	Diagnostics for local ASCOM Alpaca devices.
arcsecond api	operator	The API server the CLI talks to.
arcsecond backups	operator	Browse and restore Arcsecond.local DB backups.
arcsecond check	operator	Check that the installation works, and is reachable from other computers.
arcsecond datasets	astronomer	Display the list of (portal) datasets.
arcsecond db	operator	Manage the Arcsecond.local database.
arcsecond login	operator	Login to your Arcsecond account.
arcsecond logs	operator	Show the logs of Arcsecond.local, or of one service.
arcsecond proxy	operator	Start and inspect the proxy that serves your cameras.
arcsecond restart	operator	Recreate containers so they pick up a changed .env.
arcsecond setup	operator	Prepare the installation of Arcsecond.local.
arcsecond start	operator	Start Arcsecond.local.
arcsecond status	operator	Say what is running, and whether it is up to date.
arcsecond stop	operator	Stop Arcsecond.local.
arcsecond telescopes	astronomer	Display the list of (portal) telescopes.
arcsecond token	operator	The access token Arcsecond gave your observatory. It lets this machine download Arcsecond.local.
arcsecond update	operator	Update Arcsecond.local to the latest images.
arcsecond upload	astronomer	Upload the data files contained in a folder.
arcsecond version	operator	Show the 'arcsecond' CLI version and exit.
arcsecond webcam	operator	List your webcams — plugged into this machine, or reached over the network.
