Night Studio is the app where you prepare your observations. It gathers everything Arcsecond.local offers to explore the nights ahead — decide what to observe, when and from where, for any type of target, moving or not — and to build the target lists and finding charts you'll hand over to the Control Room.

Night Explorer

Our flagship tool, the Night Explorer (a.k.a. iObserve), the best decision-making tool for planning and scheduling observations. Used by many astronomers worldwide.

Transit Browser

Our Transit Browser has been extended! It lets you browse the currently accessible transits for exoplanets, at a given time and location, as well as non-regular transits and other transiting objects.

Target Lists

The Target Lists are a simple way to organise and manage your observing targets. They can be used to plan observations, track progress, and share with colleagues. They are also scriptable from the CLI, which is handy for importing candidates from an external source.

Finding Chart Editor

Our Finding Chart Editor is a powerful way to prepare detailed and highly customised finding charts, with custom overlays — from large instruments or even your own.
